Our Mission
Together We Shine is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization seeking to create social links for children with special needs and to increase awareness and understanding in the community of special needs children. High schoolers and middle schoolers can work alongside parents and kids in volunteer work to bond with children through various activities and games. Along with this constant community involvement, we host events to spread awareness among schools. Volunteer hours and awards for high schoolers are available-and we are officially PVSA qualified, allowing volunteers to earn the Presidential Volunteer Service Award for their dedication and impact!

Our mission is to create a world where no kid is alone simply because they have a disability. Together We Shine aims to create safe spaces for individuals with special needs. Along with this, we aim to change the mindsets of children in school towards compassion and acceptance that some lack. Inclusion isn’t just a practice; it’s a lifestyle we should encourage for all. Our vision is a future where every child feels seen, valued, and supported. Where no one is left out because of their differences. Together, we can create a brighter, more inclusive world where every child shines.
